This book is basically a collection of thoughts and feelings that everyone experiences sometimes. I'm not suicidal or even truly unhappy. I'm just letting all the people who can relate to these poems know that they are not alone. Everyone feels like this sometimes.

'I'm so broken that I can feel it. I mean, I can physically feel it. This is so much more than being sad now. This is affecting my whole body and mind.'
