Hey, y'all! DSO here!~ I hope you enjoyed Patchwork- and if you haven't, go read it! Otherwise, this won't make any sense. Patchwork's final chapters left the characters midway through their journey to.. well, basically their journey to survive a sadistic GAME (Saw face here) created by gods called the Ancients. Now, things are heating up. In the Ancients, a disturbance is being raised by Anar, one Ancient who believes that this game will bring the Ancients to annihilation. The others don't believe him, but behind locked doors, whispers are stirring. They are returning- the beautiful Angels with wings too drenched in blood to fly. The game continues- but can Lyra tread down the right path? Or will she become just another doomed timeline?

Lyra Deighton is a high school student at Tri Valley High, who, despite being a completely weird (read: fangirl-y) person, is actually normal as far as encounters with the supernatural go. That is, until her art teacher hands her a dusty video game that looks like it was made way before video games, and tells her to play it. Lyra thought it was just a weird way of showing affection, but it's so much more serious than that. The game contains things that Lyra has never seen before, never heard of before, and definitely has never fought to the death before. Get ready, because all the universes are about to open up.
