UA was a college that only few could get into, and those few were the best of the best and it was Bakugou Katsuki's goal to get into it. Todoroki has never really faced turmoil when it came to romance, in fact, he never experienced it, but after experiencing his own calm after the storm when a strange series of dream starts to interrupt his regular nightmares, he focuses in on what may be the cause.
