The boundaries had been originally put there for fear of one perveiw overpowering the others. At the meeting in Esfera, a secret group of Council offenders, called Hallocrosses, interrupts the meeting and compromises the Teranian government. Meanwhile in the purviews, 8 teenagers discover they aren't like other Teranians and must save their world.
