Is love a strength? Or is it just a disguise for a weakness? This is just a little tragic love scene I whipped up to tie readers over with. It was part of my study...and I quite like to share short stories with you all. As you know...I am unable to actually write a SHORT story. So every time I do, it is an achievement worth celebrating. Set in Storybrooke, 28 year old Emma Swan finds herself in a town where very strange things happen. Her son, Henry, whom she gave up 10 years ago, believes that everyone in this town is a cursed fairy-tale character, and the only person who can save them is Emma. Emile Swan is anything but the sweet, well-behaved, grateful orphan. She doesn't like being in one place for too long, and is a skilled runner. On one of her little escapes, Emile meets a majestic creature she has always admired. Is there a connection to the beast and her life? Read on to find out...
