"They stretch and stretch, two ends being held until one falters and snaps. And as expected, one end suffers a little bit of a sting." "So you like rubber bands?" "I guess, they aren't exactly significant." "Well I just thought since-" "They don't mean anything." *** Dakota Brooks was that girl at school that everybody knew, yet nobody knew at all. They knew of her name, the name that was titled for being the class secretary. She wasn't popular and she wasn't a nobody, Dakota was just there and she was fine with that. A.J. Fischer could be referred to as a nobody. His daily schedule consisted of waking up, going to school, and coming home to his laptop. In school he had minimal friends but was disregarded due to his quiet nature and rather blank stare. Really AJ was nothing more than a mind in an empty body. So with a rather strange clash of their worlds, Dakota and AJ find themselves sat in the middle of Chemistry with nothing more than one rubber band in front of them. And isn't it funny to think that something so small would make such a massive change in their lives?

NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON AMAZON AND BARNES&NOBLE! THIS IS A SAMPLE OF THE PUBLISHED BOOK. _____________________________ Livvie Jefferson is lame. If it weren't for the secret list of crazy things she'd like to do, she'd be less interesting than a piece of stale bread. Harvey Lockwell is a God. An unattainable God. Livvie's content with staring Harvey down from afar and wiping the drool from her chin, until everything changes when she's forced to have actual contact with him during their after-school tutoring seasons. In a cringe-worthy chain of events, Livvie's boring life turns into a catastrophic mess when Harvey ends up finding her secret list. Things take another turn for the worse when Livvie accidentally runs away from home while on a high-speed chase straddled to the back of Harvey's motorcycle. Not only does she have to endure the embarrassment from being caught with a bucket list at the ripe age of seventeen that includes losing her virginity, but she also has to figure out exactly what Harvey ended up doing that caused them to be chased out of town by a band of criminals and how to fix it. Crazy house parties, grungy motel rooms, unexpected make-out sessions, bad dancing, and a scandalous twist are just the beginning. For a girl who's never done anything remotely exciting, Livvie Jefferson is in for some pretty bad things.

"S-sorry Mom I have to go now!" I said quickly, causing a low chuckle to sound from behind me, sending a shiver down my spine. "Ok hunny I love you, we'll be home soo-" I cut her off,"Ok love you too Mom bye!" I called out, ending the call and tossing my phone to the side. I gritted my teeth as I felt is tongue on my neck. I don't care how incredibly tempting it is to kiss him. He.Will.Not.Win. "Give in yet?" he whispered in my ear as his fingers trailed up and down the length of my arm. I shook my head, not trusting myself to speak. He placed a kiss just below my ear on my neck,"You will." *** Jaynalee Parks was as close to an average girl as you could get. But what happens when a dark part of Jaynalee's past comes back to haunt her, and she is blackmailed into making the disgustingly perfect Dean fall for her? "Go out with me." "Why?" I asked skeptically. He shrugged. "You're bad, I'm bad; we're meant to be together." I raised my brow. "I though bad boys fell for good girls?" "Myth." "How about we test that theory?" I proposed with a smirk.

"Why do you call me that?" "Everyone has been calling you Snow Queen since you transferred schools and you're just now asking why?" he asked incredulously. "Yeah, I guess I am." He looked straight into my eyes and said, "It's because you're like snow; beautiful and cold."

Stereotypes. I hate them. On my first day at my new school, a girl in a blue and white cheerleader's uniform told me I 'looked like a cheerleader' and asked me to come to tryouts. I almost decked her. Blonde hair and blue eyes do not a cheerleader make. Cheerleaders can be bitchy and mean but they can also act all happy and excited and they can drool and swoon over Finn Wallace – the hands-down hottest guy in school – like there's no tomorrow. Me? Well, I'm just bitchy and mean. So someone please tell me why Finn Wallace is suddenly chasing after me? *This is NOT a Bridgit Mendler fan fiction* Copyright © 2013 CrayonChomper
