Detective Zac O'Connor is a strong and remarkable detective with a fondness for playing the piano. He gets his hands on a case that started out as nothing but a hospital fire. He doesn't know it yet, but he and Elizabeth Morgan are the only ones that will be able to stop the aggressive killer. What Elizabeth isn't expecting is to start to fall for the young detective. She slowly finds herself drawn into a web of lust, murder and perhaps even an abduction. After Zac and Elizabeth start seeing each other, Elizabeth goes missing just when they start narrowing down who the killer might be. Detective O'Connor finds himself thrown into the center of the investigation. His only clue is a damp knife and a bloody arrow head.
