One night Ludwig is frightened of a storm it also happens to be the night before Gilbert leaves for war. In attempt to get Ludwig to sleep, he tells a story, a story of 'the Awesome Knight'. After he returns from war, Ludwig asks for another story, and soon it becomes a nightly thing. But who really is 'the Awesome Knight'? And will Ludwig ever figure it out.
