Syrena is a mermaid. Jay is a werewolf. After a traumatizing relationship Syrena had been in two years ago, she's scared to fall in love with Jay, who is willing to love her. She is terrified of him being with her because she believes she's the reason her last relationship went crashing down.

In a world outside of our own. Where our government has lied to us. After a droid has died and waken up on earth. What will happen to Project 23 after she falls in love and has to save the world, without them thinking she's crazy.
