Homura Akemi is one pf the only souls who believes in the exsistance of Madoka Kaname. She doesn't know who she is but she believes that she's important. One night in a dream,her past friend Madoka contacts her. Homura tells her friends about the encounter and the girls roll if off they're shoulder in disbelief, but when Madoka reaches out to her again and informs her about the past,she tells her friends again and they dismiss it again. Until the next day when Homura mysteriously dissapears with a note that said "I'm going with Madoka,Find Madoka."

Sayaka's cousin comes to town and she too finds out she's hated also another mysterious magical girl appears ........................In the end will the mysterious 8th magical girl reveal herself? Will Kanna leave the group for Chiyo? Will everything work out?

The story basically follows the life of a particular magical girl, named Kanji Izumi (fan made character), and how she trade her soul to help Homura Akemi, save Madoka Kaname, but of course this leads to horrible consequences, with a new magical girl in the picture, Homura has no idea, what could happen. This gives a new story line for Madoka Kaname, Mami Tomoe, Kyoko Sakura, Sayuka Miki, and Homura Akemi. Find out, what this Magical Girl, has done to change the lives of the five main characters.
