When Tara's father died,she was completly alone. She meets Fawn, who a criminal herself, shows Tara that criminals dont need anybody. While running from the police, thirteen year old Tara discovers a garden on Willow Street that ,not only has a bratty dead girl hanging around, but a deep secret waiting to be dug up.
