This AU is set in the Star Wars Sequels Universe, in which our reader is a newly graduated pilot hired by The First Order and her first position is flying the Commander's personal transport: The Command Shuttle. As our story develops, Commander Kylo Ren proves to be a contemptuous superior to our reader, the Force proves more than fairytale, and reader's relationship with her father: General Armitage Hux, proves to be fuel for disaster. This is my first Star Wars fanfiction, with A LOT of changes to the timelines and character motivation. This adaptation of Kylo Ren is heavily influenced by Adam Driver's performances in some of his other works (i.e. HBO's GIRLS) and please note that there will certainly be times where Kylo does not act like he would in the cinematic sequels.
