"I've been telling you a lot of secrets lately." Michael chuckles sadly, biting his lip to keep the tears at bay. "You probably can't hear me and I'm a complete stranger but there's one secret I'm not ready to tell anyone." Michael continues, looking down at the coma patient. "I'm not ready to tell you either."
