Jay and Nya are just in a park enjoying their picnic together as a lovely couple until they get attack by some bad guys that are all wearing black. They're attacking Nya and Jay and there fighting them back. One of them were gonna shoot Nya in her back and then Jay sees this so he runs and pushes Nya out of the way and Jay gets shot and dies.... The strangers left and Jay was dying in Nya's arms. He told her something then just like that Jay's electrical blue eyes were gone they turned grey, his smile for once in his life was a blank face. Nya cried and cried. She finally snapped out of it and carried Jay home and told the others. She thought that they could help him but they couldn't it was no use. Nya cried and cried in Kai's arms. Jay was gone forever.... Or that's what they think..... Two weeks later Nya is at the mall and sees Ronnin and he told her that Jay is alive. Kai-a hot-headed boy-turned-super soldier who was kidnapped by a mysterious man at the age of nine. Cole-a teen with earth based powers forced to live his father's dream but yearns to dance to his own beat. Zane-an artificially created human being with ice based powers and an extreme case of amnesia. When an evil darkness threatens to destroy the world as they know it, can these four join forces and defend their home?

This is after Season 6. After Jay and Nya reuniting, the blue ninja tried to give Nya a necklace that represents their love until a group called Dragon Riders causing the ninja to defeat them. One of the Dragon Riders was aiming for Nya but Jay went in front of her and hit the ground very hard. Opening his eyes, he doesn't remember who he is or even know anyone. This breaks Nya's heart and the ninja with Skylor and the side characters to find a way to bring his memories back before the Midnight Dance comes up. The worse condition is that if Jay doesn't get his memories back before midnight on the Midnight Dance, he will lose the true him and will be confused forever.
