Paris starts off a little 15 year old. Throughout the story, this beautiful girl is tortured throughout the demented life she desparately runs from. She grows into a beautiful woman, and sustains the love for malak with years to come. He just isn't a loyal guy. It takes a tragedy for him to realize that she is the one.
