Sparrow has lived all twelve years of her life completely devoid of any oddities. She spends her days singing for the villagers, munching away at croissants and pastries in Mr. Kanta's bakery, or frolicking in the forest with her faerie friends. This all changes when she and her companion Basil are unexpectedly taken to Grindlewink, School for the talented and the royal, neither of which describe Sparrow. There she uncovers her mysterious past, meets new allies and gains rivals, and saves her world from an unrelenting darkness.

Arellia, Mythlaserin, Coldifre, and Syllthas have existed as four separate, and peaceful, kingdoms for many years. But tensions are growing. As the peace between Arellia and Mythlaserin becomes more and more delicate, and each's future plans are questioned, undercover action grows more and more necessary. Gwen was trained to be an assassin when she was only a child, and she has long since gone cold from her missions over the years. She will always choose a set of blades for company over other people. Howell is a young elf with a dark, mysterious past. He had lived alone in the woods until he was brought against his will to the Arellian palace to explain why he's not in Syllthas, the designated kingdom for elves. Dylan has been raised as a noble lady, with both her parents working as advisors to the Arellian queen. She has grown up in the castle alongside Princess Camilla, but she is desperate for a life of adventure and freedom; one without dresses, corsets, or constant rules. Reed is a spellcaster, and is even known as Spellcaster throughout Arellia. Using his magic for the queen since he was ten, he is searching for something; he just doesnt know what it is yet. These four characters are pulled together without warning, and given a group mission that will determine all of the kingdoms' fates. Their success will reinstate the longtime peace between the kingdoms. Their failure will guarantee the end of life as they know it. + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + Co-written by Lexi and Morgan (mork) ©childwithoutglory ((Disclaimer: cover photo is from Pinterest. "There is nothing to writing, all you have to do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed," -Ernest Hemingway ~~~§•§~~~ I can't promise anything grand, as this is just me trying. It's my personal neverland of small stories that probably won't be finished. Take a dip if you dare and come on in.

the best thing about poetry is that I might be talking about drowning and someone will take it as flying in the sea. that is the thing about poetry, it doesn't tell you anything but yet it makes you feel everything; love, hate, sadness and happiness. I'm not a professional poet by any means but sometimes, I like to write out my thoughts in a lyrical way; aka poetry. You can expect poems here ranging from hating oneself to self love, so don't accuse me of contradicting my own words, since I'm no robot and don't feel the same thing at all points of time. You might find a poem or two on abuse or self harm, but worry not, there'll be big trigger warnings before them. A little warning too; I write too much about the sea and trees, so forgive me, okay? •don't forget to vote and comment ❤️
