Maybe I am one of a kind, probably not, I'm not special, I'm not an important person, I am just another statistic of people who get life-changing news everyday. I'm the person who just sits there and kind of just spaces out. I don't listen to what the person who has given me the news is actually saying, it's just white noise for me as my hearing blocks it out and all I hear is high-pitched busing noise in my ears. I don't react to it either. Right now, I am just looking at my mother's face, she's talking to the man who'd given me the news with such passion. Like there's a cure for me. She already has plans from plan A to plan Z. Right now, I'm just remembering all the great times we laughed together, every time she was there for me to pick me up off my feet.
