Gracie May Howards is a brat. She's mean, and she not very smart at all. But she has that personality that's strong that you can't say no to. She is rather naive when it comes to guys. She really doesn't know anything about love, about accomplishments, and feeling good about what you do, until she meets her arrogant, rude, straight forward, mean Tutor.

When Nate, who apparently is trouble for Kelsey, comes in the picture, things complicate. Others might think that she's this perfect, rich, straight-A student with a brother who was to die for, but she's not. Her parents are divorced, her mom overdosed on pills, and her brother might not be that "perfect" brother he used to be. The only bittersweet thing might be Nate leaving. During her senior year, things may be back to normal. But someone up there must have wanted a book written about Kelsey since he brings in a surprise. (new summary as of December 29, 2012)
