Entre ses nombreuses sorties pour explorer les alentours du château, ou ses combats contre des braconniers, des araignées géantes ou encore des trolls, son année fût mouvementée. Rannrok désormais vaincu, et Poudlard sauvé du destin funeste qui lui était réservé, Y/n doit faire face à de nouvelles épreuves : la mort de son mentor, le professeur Eleazar Fig; et ses sentiments naissants pour deux de ses amis les plus proches, Ominis Gaunt et Sebastian Sallow. Deux beaux garçons tous deux à l'âme torturée. Ils sont l'opposé l'un de l'autre, mais ont pourtant un point en commun : leur amour pour Y/n.
