*preview* Lisa's POV Conner looked hurt as he talked about her. I could tell that every part of him wanted her back. But some part of me was still curious enough to ask. Lisa- "Do you want to be with her still?" He looked down at his hands and shrugged his shoulders. Conner- "Yeah, I do." Lisa- "How do you think you could get her back?" Conner- "Make her jealous." He said as he laughed lightly and shook his head. Lisa- "And do you think you could actually make her jealous?" I asked while letting out a small laugh in return. Conner- "I mean yeah, taking you out would make her jealous." He said jokingly as he laughed. I know he was joking, but I thought about it for a few moments. I've been friends with Conner for a while now. It wouldn't be so unbelievable if I told my friends we were going on a date, even though we really weren't. Me going on a date with him would just keep my family and friends quiet for a while. Besides, it's not just me benefiting from us going on a couple of fake dates. Conner's ex showed up at a party to blatantly rub a new guy in his face. Me going on a few fake dates with him would help me and him. He's in love with her, and I'm tired of having to constantly explain myself. This would be good for the both us... I looked at him, after taking a long pause at his joking proposition. Lisa- "So why don't we?"
