Monologue #1 - Love At First Sight ------------------------------------------------- Age : 14-18 Gender : Female (This play is set in the 1800's in a basement. Catherine and her father are present and are arguing as to why Catherine would rather die than not be with the one she loved most , Dominic . Her father is adamant for Catherine to marry Edward however Catherine rebels and stands her ground as she is madly in love with Dominic .)
