All of us have a story to share. All of us have something to say. Well... people you've come to the right place. 'The Heart Project' is a campaign to support everyone who is fighting their demons and accepts everyone with an open heart. @Tiara_Das and @Mitch21T will be working on 'The Heart Project'.
