When Nate agrees to babysit his aunt's esteemed matchmaking business, he doesn't expect a computer error to force him to pose as a fake match to one of her intolerable clients, Riley, creating a messy mismatch that might just turn perfect fit. Standalone in the Mismatched series On June 24, content from chapter 5 onwards will only be available to redeemers. Now's the time to catch up to the story and read it while it's free! Already purchased a chapter? No worries-you won't need to pay for it again. *** A small-town summer spent matchmaking desperate couples is Nate's worst nightmare, but he's desperate for a little cash and a chance to prove to his family that he isn't a complete failure. He assumes he's in for quiet days of cheesy love connections, but his world is flipped upside down when the matchmaking program is unable to find a match for Riley Jenkins. Terrified to tarnish his aunt's perfect matchmaking record, Nate takes matters into his own hands, posing as Riley's match. Riley is everything Nate isn't-creative, put together, into intellectual debate...oh, and completely intolerable. But with Riley holding a business-ruining review over Nate's head, winning him over becomes a nearly impossible challenge Nate can't afford to fail. What Nate doesn't expect is for his dream guy act to lead to cute dates and sparks of real attraction. Faced with the fear of falling for Riley for real, can Nate confront the consequences of his lies for a shot at love? Or will their mismatch be a costly mistake after all?

Brian and Christine have never been close. Now that she's disappeared, and he's changing into something monstrous, people are starting to talk. People like the police, for instance. And a strange boy who claims to be Christine's long-dead brother. Also, people are starting to shoot. At Brian. A lot. It's annoying, because all he really wants to do is find Christine and maybe ask her out or profess his undying love or something. So yeah. If he has to become an evil entity of mythical power in order to get the girl? So be it.

*** "*Sobs* I'm so happy to have a character that's exactly like me." - @TakenUsernameSoz. "This story is so normal that it's unique; a breath of fresh air! Gives us normal girls hope, hi hi!" - @LocalSlayer "This book is seriously my inspiration to not be afraid to show who I am." - @Who_Says_Duh "THAT IS SO ME!!!!! IS THIS SOME TYPE OF VOODOO, MAGICAL BOOK OR SOME SHIT?!?!" - @ThePanther10101. *** Let's face it, none of those cliché situations from movies between a guy and a girl ever happen in real life. I'm not going to end up accidentally bumping into my future husband in a café, spilling a latte over him. I'm not going to go up to some random stranger and ask him for directions and he'll become mesmerised by the colour of my eyes and fall in love with me. The window of my bedroom doesn't happen to be situated opposite to that of a 'bad boy neighbour'. I was daydreaming, again. Something I do on a daily basis. Nothing different, right? Well, let's just say I didn't snap out of my little 'trance' until I saw a guy waving frantically at me, smiling. Oh shit, he's hot. He probably thinks I was checking him out. Great, now he's coming over. Kill me. *** • Highest rankings: #1 in Modeling - #1 in Awkward - #3 in Humor.

If you're looking for a fresh book of writing tips with a shocking level of humble honesty, a tastefully moderate amount of swear words, and an occasional wave of dry humor, then look no further! Rather than your standard list of Dos and Don'ts, I'll use my own writings and methods I've tried as examples of what you CAN do in your journey to finding what works for you. Because there's no one way to write, but my one way may inspire you.* * Just take this sentence fragment starting with because as a sneak peek of the unorthodoxy inside.

Alex and Liam have been best friends their whole lives until a drunken kiss leads them down separate paths. As time passes, they must face truths they never expected. ***** Alex Camejo and Liam Santos have been thick as thieves since they met at age seven. As the years passed, Liam protected Alex from bullies while Alex denied what those bullies were saying. He's not gay no matter how "girly" he seems... or how much he longs to hold Liam's hand. But a drunken kiss tears everything down. The inseparable Liam Santos and Alex Camejo can no longer be friends. Without each other's support, they must overcome the struggles of adolescence, coming out, new lovers, self-doubt and lingering emotions. One hopes he will forget his best friend and find happiness. The other hopes they will reunite and be happy. In the end, whose dreams will come true? [[Watty's Award Winner]]
