Turning six isn't all what it's cracked up to be. At least, not for me. When my eye changes color, and I struggle to keep it a secret, I fail to question WHY I have these problems. I am given contacts to fake my eye color, and I wear sunglasses to disguise my eye when I don't wear contacts. All is good until I turn eight, when I forget my contacts and sunglasses in public. I discover some shocking news about what I can do, who I am, and if I'm in danger. For if I AM in danger, I won't go down without a fight.
