After the second wizarding war is over, tensions are high in the wizarding world. So much has changed, so much has been gained and so much has been lost. The golden trio is especially feeling the strain this new world seems to be bringing. It seems for the first time in the 7 years they've known each other, they have to go their separate ways. Hermione Granger, decides to forge her own path and accept Headmistress's, McGonagall's invitation to return to Hogwarts for one final year as Head Girl. Hermione is joined by some of her other friends, however must return without Ron and Harry. Returning to Hogwarts is not a walk in the park for new Head girl, Hermione, with dynamics changing so quickly. To combat some of the tensions and unrest, McGonagall urges the students to aim for house unity, and to break down the walls the Slytherins have seemed to put up. She entrusts, Hermione, to be the role model of house unity and to achieve it. However, not everyone is as eager as McGonagall. With the pressure on, Hermione makes an unlikely friend out of ex-Death Eater, Draco Malfoy, who helps her humanize the Slytherins. Hermione rationalized befriending him as a way of using Malfoy for the greater good of the school. What she doesn't expect are the feelings that begin to bubble up the closer they get. And what she definitely doesn't expect is how familiar this all feels. Is it possible that Draco is hiding something from her? Something that links the two of them together in the past? Something that could change their relationship forever?
