"Hayley," he murmered quietly. I frowned and glanced back at him.
"Yes?" He faltered a moment not knowing what to say his lips parting slightly and his brows furrowed in concentraion. I knew what this was about, and I didn't want to talk about it. "It's fine," I snapped and opened my door. "Thanks for the ride," I muttered and grabbed my bag.
"Is it?" he asked, "is it really fine?" he looked at me with soft eyes and a hard expression on his face. My only answer was to slam the door and walk into my house. I shut the door and locked it with shakey fingers and for some reason was holding back tears. I leaned against the door and waited, I heard the engine idle for moment only to slowly fade away.
I realized then that I had strong feelings for Ryan Willam, and I don't know why or where they came from. But they are definetly there. And that scares me.
