When Tyler met that red-headed kid at that very special tree, he was ecstatic to have found a new friend, and a really sick one at that. But Josh can't get over that guy for some reason. Tyler, a mental patient with severe paranoid schizophrenia meets Iris, a girl with severe depression. When the two meet they realize they have feelings for each other. But the voices in their heads are making it hard for both of them to show their feelings for each other. Can they overcome their demons to have a chance at love?

Tyler found out he had cancer, and it blows. He hates that everyone treats him differently, but he meets a boy thats in the same boat as him, making Tyler feel a lot better. Everything is great for awhile before Tyler gets worse. Will he be able to get through it? {sorry this sucks :/}
