The year is 2225, and the world as you know it has changed. The population has reached to well over ten billion. Time is running out. Drastic changes are needed.

Scarlet, a seemingly normal teenager, with seemingly normal teenage problems, is suddenly faced with a life-altering truth. A truth that sends her whole world spiraling out of control. Everything she's ever known suddenly becoming a facade, a shield from who she really is. From /what/ she truly is. An experiment. A monstrous one.

The world as we know it has succumbed to the unknown force that is The Swarm. The story is focused around Lewis and Millie, two friends who are caught in the middle of an invasion in their town. Now they must fight for survival against the growing force that plagues our Nations. They travel in hope for shelter and a place to survive long enough that they can find a way to defeat the demonic creatures. But it is only a matter of time before our existence on Earth must be terminated.
