"Hey Mark!" I said, walking to the stage. I walked up the stairs carefully. After all, I was wearing wedges and preferred to stay out out the hospital. "Hey Macie," he replied. "Could you get the songs on the stands for me?" "Sure," I said, taking the two folders out of his backpack. I opened each one and had started placing the music on the stands when I heard the door open. I expected it to be either Carly, Denver or Amanda, but when I turned around, I saw that it was my mother. Her hair was wild and her eyes frightened as she opened her mouth to speak. "Macie, Ben, Brittany and Tristan have just been in a what-could-be-fatal car crash." - Macie is your average teenage girl. Popular, Pretty, Perfect. Everyone at St. Phyllis Prep. knows who she is. She manages to befriend the most popular boy in the school, Andrew.
