Nama gue Alexis. Gue suka banget basket. Dalam sehari, gue bisa latihan sampe tiga jam setelah pulang sekolah, kadang lebih. Itu gak termasuk tanding setiap istirahat sama senior. Kecintaan dan skill gue inilah yang meluluhkan hati kapten tim basket, Felix, buat ngerekrut gue sebagai tim inti di tahun pertama gue. Sekolah gue ini senioritas banget, seakan-akan anak kelas dua-belas itu raja, kelas sebelas itu bangsawannya, dan kelas sepuluh itu rakyat jelata yang nafas aja harus izin. Kehadiran gue sebagai tim inti basket yang semua anggotanya kaum adam, adalah suatu keajaiban yang dibanggakan sama kaum hawa seangkatan gue. Fyi, gue cewek. Gue gak percaya cinta. Orang luluh, dan bisa berubah gara-gara cinta. Menurut gue masih banyak yang bisa lo lakuin selain cinta. Banyak orang yang diperbudak sama cinta. Kadang ada yang gak peduli sama diri sendiri, tapi malah peduliin cinta. Tapi giliran ditanya cinta itu apa, gak ada jawaban yang spesifik. Gak ada definisi. Kalo pun ada, definisinya beda-beda. Kalo gitu, cinta itu apa? Cerita ini tentang kehidupan para remaja yang masih mencari jati diri, penuh ke-labil-an, dan senang bereksplorasi. Diksi yang tidak begitu berat, cerita yang ringan, dan alur yang mudah diikuti, itulah yang saya coba tuangkan dalam buku ke-enam saya ini, Reminisce. Selamat membaca :)
