Mitch has been labeled a danger to himself and others. After an unfortunate event, he was placed in the 'All saints' insane asylum. He questions weather he really is crazy. Scott is a phycologist. He used to work at an asylum, but was fired for breaking the rules. He's on the hunt for another job, until he stumbles on the 'all saints' asylum. He is placed on the case of the dangerous Grassi. Scott Hoying is a senior in high school and undoubtedly a jerk; a big one in fact. His parents are quite well known, and that is part of the reason why Scott is the way he is; popular and big headed. Mitch Grassi, on the other hand is quite the opposite. He is a junior, one year younger than Scott and is quiet and creative. He likes to keep to himself and never causes trouble. Scott couldn't care less about anyone but himself, but when the two clash and a secret about each of the young men is revealed, their worlds are turned upside down.

For triplets who look so alike, no one expected the Grassi brothers to be so drastically different from each other. Mitchell's the party goer, Coby's the bubbly ball of energy, and Michael is the grade A student. The same goes for the Hoying twins; no one really expected the two to be so distant. Scott's the easy-going bookworm and Rick's the rebel who never really minds about his life. Or, at least, that's what most people think.
