Natsu lives with his two brothers, Sting and Zeref, and their family is actually well known in the town they live in. They are known as "The crooked family" because everyone in their family has something wrong with them. Zeref is very depressed and lonely, he has asked Natsu many times to kill him but of course Natsu refused. Sting moved into their family as a child as he had killed his father and they were close so they took him in but he never stopped having nightmares and rarely slept and became cold around others. He spent time smoking or drinking or just avoiding sleep in general. Natsu, even though he's the youngest, is trying to keep the family up on their feet but deep down he's alone and scared but acts tough.
