Caden Miller. Hot, cynical, and notoriously labelled the bad boy of Crestmont High. Attention-seekers flirt with him. Idiots fight with him. The ones who know what's good for them, stay away from him. If you fight him, you know you'll lose soon. Short-tempered, mysterious, and those oh-so-hot looks. All of that was enough for a person to fall head over heels for him. If only he cared to give a shit about them. Not when he was also the youngest gang leader in New York City, with just one mission in mind: stop his equally cynical brother from ruining his life more than he already had. Skylar Anderson. Not a nerd. Or a cheerleader. All she cares about is her workaholic (and maybe even a little dysfunctional) parents, her adorable cat and her not-so adorable best friend, and her sleep. Quite literally. Living a normal and carefree life, trying her best not to flunk Physics, there wasn't anything more that she wanted. Until she receives a letter in her mailbox... ...and that normal, carefree life goes right above the clouds. . . . Running from hell isnʼt easy. Especially when someoneʼs dragging you back down into it. Belligerent, brash and always in shades of black, Freya is hardly a lady. Torren hates her disobedience, her recklessness, and her chaos. To him, sheʼs only something to be tamed. And after he slips a ring on her hand, snatching away her future, she makes only one vow---to become his biggest torment.

Plumes of dust billowed around John and Dark John where they slammed into the hard, scorched earth. John observed the barren landscape. 'Where are we?' Dark John shook his head and got to his feet, dusting himself off. 'The only place Hell wouldn't follow us to. Angels have betrayed human kind, John, they've given the Earth to Hell's hoards.' 'This is the dead world!' John shouted. Dark John cringed at the volume, then somewhere in the darkness above a grey horizon the screams began. 'Yep' --he grinned-- 'and I think it's gonna get a bit deader pretty soon.' In the darkness thousands of burning eyes appeared, and the ground trembled as the dead rushed towards them. John struggled to his feet, and they ran. *** Earth has been sold out, the Circle of Ten has voted. Heaven stays with the Angels, and Hell gets Earth, but not everyone agrees. John and Semila are trapped in 1963. Can they beat the monster killing the children? Death is missing. John and Dark John are stuck on the Dark World, a world in an alternate reality. The Succubus Natasha and the army of Sentinels must find them all and get them back before time runs out. The fate of the world depends on it. Surely this can't all be connected...can it? (And you thought the last one had twists!) BLINK 2: Circle of Ten is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places, and incidents are the products of the authors' imagination or are used fictionally. He lit his cigarette, I lit nothing. He drank alcohol, I drank water. He smirked, I smiled. He didn't love me, I didn't love him. He and I together wouldn't last a day. And then the game started... He said he found me intriguing, unique, and interesting because I didn't swoon over him. "You and me Grey, let's play a game. We'll date and in three months time I promise you will fall for me. When you fall in love with me between that time span, I win. If in any way you were to win I'll give up all the alcohol, cigarettes, and player ways." It was a game I wasn't willing to lose, but all games had accidents and consequences. It takes a broken heart to know how to break a heart.

A journalist sacked for phone hacking and tired of his decadent life style researches a triple murder that took place in his own ancestral home during the English Civil War. He discovers that events which occurred there nearly four hundred years ago are mirrored by his son's relationship with a Muslim girl whose father has forbidden her to marry outside of the faith. Returning to his ancestral home, the journalist finds himself assailed by memories of the tragedy which appear to be embedded into the fabric of the building and brought to life by his presence. When his son's girlfriend is abducted and forced to appear before a sham Sharia court for offending Islamic values, the memories in the house take on a more tangible form which propel the journalist into a dramatic chase to rescue his son and girlfriend from a terrible punishment.
