Mikasa Ackerman made a decision. Joining the Scout regiment had been her plan from the beginning. Even though she didn't want to be a part of the Scouts personally, she knew she couldn't leave her friends. If they were going to throw themselves into the fray, then so was she. Unfortunately for Mikasa, Titans aren't the only things she has to be afraid of. When she meets her scout leader, everything changes. Levi is more powerful, demanding, and intimidating than she ever could imagine. What will happen when the same person she is afraid of takes a sudden interest in her?
