When she moves into a small town with a high school named MoonAncre, and there, she met Jasmine, a pixie of royal bloods, Aiden, a pureblood vampyr, and Rowan, a Princely fae male, who appoints himself as Luna's guardian. The Grand Magic games have begun once again, and Mikoto will be participating. However, little does she know that the scientist known as Gensei Kihara intends to turn these games into another oppertunity to begin another level 6 shift experiment. An experiment which once again centers around the Railgun herself. Meanwhile, Accelerator and Touma Kamijou find themselves working with a man called Jellal. Their mission, to find the spies from Hydra Head who have supposedly infiltrated the games. But as they investigate further, they find themselves sinking deeper and deeper into a mud hole even a Wizard Saint can't crawl out of.
