Young justice Fanfic! Dark Shadow is fourteen, and has been living by herself on the streets for almost seven years. Never having enough money for clothes, food, or shelter she is always having to steal. Trying to make up for it she is constantly sending 'bad guys' in to jail for all their wrong doings. One night after an easy take down she is silently traveling through the shadows on the rooftops, as she always does, when she runs into an old friend. After being offered a position on the new team of young Hero's Shadow is wary and unsure of whether or not to accept. Could they accept her? Would they be able to learn to trust her? Could she keep her secrets of her dark, twisted childhood hidden? Would she be betrayed by the young hero's, like so many before them?
