Two completely different and separate worlds are in danger from the evil organization who hunts Dreamers that are the only hope in saving both worlds. Dreamers are specially gifted people who can cross from one world to another, and only they can unite the two worlds, but the Institute doesn't want to share their peaceful world with the other one, so they hunt and kill Dreamers in order to prevent that. 17-year-old Jake just finds out he is a Dreamer, and from that point, his life is all about running and searching for answers and the blueprint parts which can help him unite two worlds and hopefully stop the shadowy organization known as the Institute from killing more innocent people.
