After defeating Akuhei in a final battle, Shota and Akiyasu have continued their lives with their daughters in peace. A mysterious stranger offers Akiyasu a chance to deal with the remaining villains once and for all, but she's apprehensive to reinvolve herself with the League for the sake of her children's safety. All that changes when Echiko's quirk fully develops, making her as valuable as Eri. Now, Akiyasu decides that her children will be unsafe no matter what she does, and so she must face Tomura and his partners once more.
