I trudged into the bar being followed by my girlfriend Emily calling for me to wait up. I tried to quicken my pace but gave up realizing I'm supposed to want to be with her. I turned around to see Em panting and I had to bite my lip to stop the smile coming on to my face. She had a small amount of sweat pooling in the corners of her forehead. As she came closer she intertwined our fingers and I immediately frowned. I always hated her cold clammy fingers digging into mine. Once again I reminded myself.
