So it is practiced that every demon in the county has an angel assigned to them, for them to do whatever they please to it. But at what cost? Will the angels rebel? Will the demons find a way to be rid of them once and for all? Or do they not want to be rid of them due to the fact that they are their slaves?

Dean Winchester is nineteen years old and only a year out of high school when he gets sent to the hospital after a argument with his father. Nothing serious occurred, but Dean was required to spend the next few days under observation. While he is spending his time in the hospital of utter boredom, he meets Castiel, a young man the same age as him as a patient of cancer. Forming a quick bond, he begins visiting the boy even when he gets out, but is something more going on?

One night when he decides to go on one of his night walks he breaks all his own rules and ends up with a mysterious 19 year old named Dean. What happens when it turns out Dean is his only friends big brother? And how will Cas deal with his own demons? And the ones facing him at home and at school?
