This is a fiction story that I wrote in college. I was trying to see if a could write a scary fiction novel. It is sort of similar to R.L. Stine ' s novels. I came into a strange little town. Canoe town to be exact. You would think that getting a job without an interview is awesome but not quite. everyone in this town is weird. People always licking their lips when they see me. Kids wearing all back cloaks with hoods. I mean it is still hot outside. I know I'm in for an adventure and this town had a secret. I just hope I don't find it out the hard way.

What if something happened? Something terrible, and it came back to pull the rug right out from under your feet. That's what happened to Julian. When Julian's best friend was killed, along with 2 girls, he had trouble moving on. When he finally did, it all came back. A phone call comes through. She says she's alive, but close to death, and she needs Julian to save her. Will Julian save his best friend? Or will he move on?
