The boys and girls are what your Mother warned you about, when she would babble to you about noting particular. High school is reality when all things come into existence. We finally began to understand the game of life and you choose how to play it.

Malenda and August's life can be compared to a piece of paper that has been balled up and then tried to be straightened out. At this point, everything that they have been through has caused some sort of damage. Somehow, they are still holding up.
