Oliver, Diggle, and Felicity make their way back to Moscow after Roy is injected with the Mirakuru serum. They have a plan to talk to a scientist about the serum and hopefully get a cure. Their plan goes differently, and so does Oliver's. He planned on staying away from people he could really care about. But is that about to change?

Oliver is the vigilante, Felicity is his partner they help fight crime together with sidekick Diggle. But what happens when Felicity and Oliver start falling for each other? The identities revealed, the masks discarded; now the only mystery is whether Brainac's power can be reversed on Oliver in time for the birth of Felicity's children, or, if he'll care enough to go find the person that steals them away from Felicity's loving arms. . . When Oliver puts his heart out on the line, he thinks things are going to be okay, until he found the ring he gave her, and a note that doesn't make any sense.
