Louis wakes up at a hospital, the nurse tells him he won't remember anything after the car accident. In six months he've been sleeping, been in coma. But as he starts to see scenes, scenes of himself and another boy, he's not that sure anymore if he actually have lost all his memories, or is it all from a dream? Isn't the boy he loves for real? How can his love for him be so real then? He doesn't know much but he know he will find him, that they'll be together again.
