Stiles Stilinski is the emissary for a small pack of four. During a trip to Ireland, he touches a monument that sends him back to the eighteen century where he suddenly finds himself mated to an Alpha by the name of Derek Hale. Will these two fall in love? Stiles Stilinski has always led an ordinary, quite life. His father is the sheriff and his mom is deceased so he's always alone at home. That loneliness has been feeding into his depression, which he secretly hides from everyone, including his best friend Scott McCall. Things in Bacon Hills start to change when there is a discovery of a body. Stiles and Scott thinks it's just another murder mystery but there are dark entities lurking through the shadows. Now Stiles best friend is a werewolf. If that wasn't enough trouble added unto his school life and lonely home life there's also Derek Hale. Derek is a werewolf also but he isn't really friendly. He's constantly taunting the boys and never really filling them in to the full picture. So how are they suppose to work with the guy to find this mysterious alpha? And why does Stiles feel like he has some type of feelings that he can't describe to the wolf he has dubbed as the SourWolf? Derek Hale is a loud mouthed Londoner with the band Unknown Artist. He's been in the tabloids for everything ranging from fights to what poor person he's stringing along this week. Derek's never been one to settle down, he's written several songs about how he won't, until one drunken mistake leaves him married to stranger he picked up at pub. At age twenty, Stiles Stilinski is one of the youngest in his field. He's nice, sweet, and a bit too innocent. Demanding that he takes a break from his doctoral research, Stiles' best friend decides they need a trip to England to celebrate all they've accomplished. He has one too many at a bar, and wakes up in the tattooed arms of a stranger with wrapped up bracelet on his ring finger.

Stiles Stilinski just wanted to have one last crazy weekend with his best friend before he enters graduate school. He didn't account for getting thrown over a boat when he tries to break up a fight, and he really didn't think he would end up stranded on an island in the middle of nowhere.
