A place in Oregon,USA is frequently called "The Town of Mysteries". Dave, a 12 year-old kid together with his twin Mariel pronounced as "-meryel-" went to their Uncle Sam to spend their summer vacation. Their uncle owns a souvenir shop for town tourists to have a souvenir from the town. Luke, one of the staffs in the souvenir shop, is a chubby guy who acts in a childish way, not so mature and is very close to Dave and Mariel. He is the one responsible for the clothes souvenir. Glenda, also a staff at the souvenir shop, is a cool teenager. She acts a bit boyish sometimes. She is the one responsible at the counter and accessory souvenirs. Since it is called the Town of Mysteries, many townspeople act strangely because of the strange creatures they can see.

Monsters. Fairytale creatures. Aboriginal deities. These are only some of the things that Christopher Pierce has to deal with in his everyday life. It's just that "everyday" happens to be filled with strange, magical, and most of the time unpleasant things. Chosen as a Knight, a champion of humanity, and the rightful wielder of the ancient blade, Gram, Chris does all he can to protect the denizens of New York City from threats they aren't even aware of. It's during a supposed vacation-slash-business meeting assigned to him by his dissociated sister however, that Chris finds out what it really means to be a Knight as he clashes with forces even more terrifying than the darkest of gods and monsters. Note: If you're reading this for the first time, read the [COMPLETE] one. I tried re-editing the whole thing and haven't gotten around to finishing so there will be inconsistencies (like originally, the story was set in the Rockies but in the re-edit, I've moved them to somewhere in Europe).
