"Thank you for being my partner." Hinata's tone of voice was quieter now, softer and it lacked the excitement it usually held. This broke Kageyama's heart. With a quick hug Hinata then ran off to meet with his family. And that was it, Kageyama didn't get to say goodbye or half of the things he wanted to. ---- Basically it's graduation, Kages wants to confess his undying love to Hinata but he freezes up and doesn't even manage to say goodbye properly. This is a one-shot for now but depending on if people want it or not I have ideas to turn this into a multi-chapter fic.
