My name is Lauren Matthews, most people tell me I live a perfect life with an amazing mother and father, but on the inside it just isn't me. I want something new I don't want what my parents want for me. I need the thrill of adventure.

There is a campsite in the Wasatch mountians called Camp Happy Feet Camp Happy Feet is a all boys summer camp for 14 to 17 year old boys and no girls were aloud in. All the boys were excited to to go to camp even the one 16 year old girl named Jamie Heat. She and her dad were talking about this day for a whole year because it was only her and her dad since Jamies mom died in a building fire. Jamie and her dad came up with a boys name so she could get in and they mapped out a plan for all of her girly supplies and how to hide them. What Jamie doesn't know is that she will fall in love at Camp Happy Feet

The story takes place in West Jordan Utah and the main characters in the story is a girl named Mikie Marks and a boys named Luke Marky. Mikie and Luke have been friends for all their life and Luke has to move away and won't be able to see her for a long time so he gives her a going away present which is a half heart necklace and he keeps the other half so they will remember eachother. Later on in life Luke and Mikie find eachother and sparks will be flying so expect some romance between Mikie and Luke
