In a futuristic society, where losing your memories is the norm and never knowing who your parents are is impossible, Astro Halifax and Tempest Knight must restart the Opponents of Utopia. Two thirteen-year-old kids are the only chance the world's got. Tempest is a fiery, smart, and sarcastic tomboy, who is a whiz with a computer and very good with anything science or technology related. Astro is a egotistical, dark haired boy, who is more cautious than Tempest, but is definitely not what you would call "careful". Both are fugitives, orphans, and a little frightened at the ordeal that lays ahead of them. Will they succeed? Or will their luck, charm, and genius finally run out?

A small town with one grocery store, two gas stations, and the best school district around (AKA the only school district around). Yep. That pretty much summed it up. Flame and Spring were just about to start their first day of middle school (a rather frightening thought), while Icy and Dust were beginning their second year of high school.
