Melanie Cross is an eighth grader at Lighthouse High. She has always had the normal girl drama but nothing like now. Nothing like hot angry tears running down her face in the middle of the night. Nothing like constant excluding from her thought to be best friend Mary. She seeks advice from a friend and together they work to keep from a breakdown, but it seems that no matter what she does she can't seem to break free. Read Celeste's book too! (It's on this account) A\N if you are currently going through something similar know that I'm here for you and that things will get better. Warning this can get quite depressing at points so I will put a ⚠️ if it's going to be a really depressing chapter

Drops of Poetry It's raining outside my window Just like my emotions inside me The taste of the salty rain and sorrow Every problem falls on me like rain I catch it with my hand Turning it to rhymes and names I'm soaking wet from where I stand I don't care if I'm under a storm All I know is those little drops are stories Every day I learn new things from this horror But I can turn them into drops of poetries.
